I came to Canada and built a home and a life here from nothing, spent years caring for people in a doctor's office, and came to real estate through a love of staging and design — seeing what a space could become. The through-line is the same: people do better when someone patiently explains the why. That's what these guides do, and it's what I do in person. Are the guides really free?
Yes. Free to read in full online, free as an emailed PDF, no obligation attached to either.
Do I have to be ready to buy or sell?
No. Both guides are written for people twelve or even twenty-four months out. Early understanding is what makes the eventual move calm.
